For parents

A patient, hands-on way for your child to learn real programming, with a friendly robot called Robo.

What will my child learn?

Real Python, from first steps to writing search algorithms and a complete game. There are ten chapters across three levels, each building on the last.

Who is it for?

Curious children aged 10 to 15. No experience is needed. Reading the instructions aloud is built in.

How long does it take?

Chapters take about 30 to 60 minutes, and everything together takes around 6 to 8 hours. Children go at their own pace.

Is it real programming?

Yes. Children type real Python, read real error messages and fix real bugs. It's a friendly part of the language, and everything they learn carries over.

Is it safe?

Children never need an email or a password. A child's profile is just a nickname, there's no chat, no contact with strangers and no ads. You can download or delete everything at any time.

Does my child need my account?

No. You can link their device with a short code, so they can learn without your account, or your card, being anywhere near it.

What does it cost?

Chapter 1 is free, with no account. After that you can buy a chapter, a course or the Everything Pass, which is one payment and yours to keep.
